About the Central Library
The Central Library at the University of Kirkuk was established in 2003. It includes the Technical Procedures Division, the Automated Systems Division, and the Circulation Division. Its primary role is to support teaching and scientific research by acquiring, organizing, and providing access to information resources.

To support teaching and scientific research by providing up-to-date print and electronic information resources, creating a suitable study environment, strengthening academic cooperation with Iraqi, Arab, and international university libraries, and making effective use of digital technologies and integrated library management systems.
