With the participation of the president of the University of Kirkuk, professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, the Faculty of Medicine organized a white coat ceremony for its students, with the aim of consolidating professional and human values among students, and introducing them to the responsibilities of medical practice and its ethics.During his speech at this event, the rector of the University pointed out that the ceremony of wearing a medical white coat is a global tradition that symbolizes the beginning of clinical training, and congratulated this group of 160 future doctors, noting that this day is the first step in a long and beautiful journey that will last a lifetime, during which students must learn the principles of leadership, ethics, human values, communication skills and how to care for Patients that will qualify them to be outstanding doctors in their chosen fields.
