The thesis, submitted by student Mohammed Ammar Saeb, aimed to evaluate the effect of adding caper fruit powder, chicory powder, and their mixture to the diets of Lohmann white laying hens and to study its impact on production performance, egg quality, and some blood biochemical parameters and antioxidant levels. The study concluded that adding caper fruit powder, chicory powder, and their mixture to the diets of laying hens led to a significant improvement in the studied parameters.
