A master's thesis at the College of Education for Women, University of Kirkuk, discussed the histological evaluation and immunohistochemical markers CD90 and CD105, along with the estimation of IL-37, IL-17, and TGF-β levels in the blood serum of breast cancer patients.

The thesis, presented by researcher Sarah Ali Khazal, addresses the histological and immunological changes associated with breast cancer by evaluating certain histological immunohistochemical markers, namely CD90 and CD105, in addition to measuring the levels of several immunomediate molecules in the blood serum, namely IL-37, IL-17, and TGF-β.

The letter concluded that histological changes and the immunological markers CD90 and CD105 are associated with changes associated with breast cancer, with a difference in the levels of the immune mediators IL-37, IL-17 and TGF-β in the blood serum of patients, indicating the role of these markers in the immune response and histological changes associated with the disease, and the possibility of using them as auxiliary markers in future studies on breast cancer.
