PhD thesis at the University of Kirkuk discusses the management of Public Utilities in the light of digital transformation

She discussed her doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of law and political science at the University of Kirkuk: Public Utilities Management under digital transformation by researcher Hussein Fathi mojbel on the discussion hall at the Faculty of Faculty of science.
