A master's thesis at the College of Agriculture discussed the effect of adding organic fertilizer and zinc foliar spraying on the growth and yield of fig trees.The thesis, submitted by student Banar Hussein Bayez Rashid, aimed to promote vegetative growth of the Khalo Bazian fig variety and determine its chemical composition through organic fertilization and zinc foliar spraying, thereby improving the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the fruit and increasing yield.The study concluded that adding 150 ml per tree of Bio-char organic fertilizer and applying foliar zinc spray at a concentration of 40 mg/L resulted in a significant improvement in the studied characteristics.
