Dr. Diyar Nasih Qader, a faculty member at the College of Engineering, University of Kirkuk, won the award for the best scientific research at the university level for the 2025–2026 academic year. This honor was awarded during his participation in the 9th Excellent Paper Symposium, organized by the KSCIEN Foundation for Scientific Research.
The award recognized his research paper titled:
“Modeling of concrete-filled PVC tube columns confined with CFRP strips under uniaxial eccentric compression: machine learning and finite element approaches”
