Professor Dr. Ahmed Samir Mohammed, a faculty member at the College of Law and Political Science, has published a book titled *Comparative Studies in Civil Law*, released by the Academic Center for Publishing and Distribution.
The author noted that the book addresses the concepts of Iraqi and Egyptian civil law, the promise to contract and the preliminary agreement, and the conditions for applying the theory of unforeseen circumstances, in addition to various other topics within civil law.
